As we neared the end year, we looked to gain an understanding of the household shopper consumer mind state over the festive season, closing off 2021 and looking into 2022.
Through short format interviews and on the ground observation that zoomed in on set of focus areas we were able to draw insights from our community. Using our ground field team, we were able to understand the consumers current mind state, as wells as the themes influencing their shopping behaviors.
Our findings were able to provide Pick n Pay with understanding of how consumer connect, how consumers felt, how consumers spend their time, how consumer spend money, and how consumers related to Identity and cultural representation during the festive season.
